To bring you the finest teas Kokomo Tea's team of tea tasters has developed a process for evaluating tea called "The Sensory Selected Process". This process builds off of the foundation of a classic tea cupping. Based on the look feel scent and taste of the tea we have developed a complex weighted formula to evaluate each tea sample. This process of evaluation enables us to ensure we are bringing you the finest teas of the season with the most appeal.
